Young's Water is looking for a motivated individual to work directly with customers. Must be highly approachable, customer-oriented who thrives in offering exceptional service to customers.


Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly and effectively to resolve customer issue quickly and ensure satisfaction.
• Document and maintain customer records
• Available to speak and write clearly
• Customer experience required
• Assist customers lifting up to 50LBS
• Keep retail space shelves stocked with inventory
• Handle cash and POS transactions.
• Keep retail area clean and organized
• Able to learn and articulate product information to customers
• Fluent in Microsoft programs
• Booking of appointments
• Water testing
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Expand our social media and digital road sign advertising
• Ability to produce postings with artwork or pictures.
• Increase our reviews while maintaining our 5 star rating

Available to work weekdays / Saturdays


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship / Co-op


Salary:
$21.00-$23.00 per hour
