We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Support Specialist to join our team who has a passion for empowering employees through technology and the modern workplace.

As a Microsoft 365 Support Specialist on our team, you will support our client community through their technology adoption journey.

You will work closely with colleagues and WBM's leadership team to support our digital adoption framework and organizational change management practice, providing on-demand support to our clients.

You can break down complex problems into individual steps and can communicate the solution to them effectively to users who are not as proficient in the technology.

You have great communication and people skills.

You value autonomy to accomplish a goal while reflecting on the solution to determine if there is a better way to achieve it.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform initial problem analysis and triage to other appropriate staff.
  • Record, track and document the request problemsolving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken to final resolution.
  • Perform postresolution followups.
  • Ability to parse through large amounts of data in the ticketing system to find insights and opportunities.
  • Maintain client relationships to uphold WBM's industryleading profile.
  • Support the Digital Transformation Team throughout the adoption process by providing support in the following activities: Project planning and scheduling, conducting user research and discovery, hosting workshops, presenting findings, and developing client outcome stories.

Key Qualifications:


  • Relevant Post-Secondary education or 12 years of comparable work experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapportbuilding, listening, and questioning skills.
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting and teaching individuals and groups.
  • Experience with ConnectWise is an asset.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Open to travel for work.
Working hours will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saskatchewan time.
