Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and dispatch services.
- Support our mission to provide personalized, quality electrical services.
- General administrative tasks
- Excels in understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment and can work independently.
- Demonstrates a passion for continuous learning and innovative problemsolving.
- Proficient in CRM systems, and administrative tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with a high level of organization.
- Must have a dedicated workspace with a computer setup and stable internet.
- Proficient with all office software; familiarity with Jobber is a plus.
- Experience with quote creation is considered a significant asset.
- Experience in the electrical industry is considered an asset.

Salary:
$17.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
