MRO Sales Support Analyst ( 16 months contract ):

Summary:

Provide sales support including coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

Review proposals, update Salesforce and dashboards
Liaises with Sales Manager to process requests for quotes
Reviews, analyzes and evaluates all RFQ's (request for quote) for Maintenance, Refurbishment, and Paint projects
Creates Project Schedule to determine required downtime quoted event;
Summarize all internal / external Labour & Material requirements to generate a proposal and financial summary.
Support Production Manager / Supervisor & Project Planners with technical reference material;
Participate in Project Kick Off Meetings to ensure SOW is clearly understood;
Manage the priorities of all RFQ's in WIP;

Requirements:

2 years experience in similar role
Business education is an asset
Basic understanding of financial
Experience in a sales organization is an asset
Interest in aviation is an asset
