The Role - Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a Safety-First individual to work in a team environment.
Someone who is self-motivated and takes pride in their work to help learn old and new machinery to keep them running smoothly and promote a safe efficient operation.
What you will do:
- Assist with validation of new and existing equipment;
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical schematics, and other specifications to determine the repair method on failed component;
- Work alongside operators in a crossfunctional team setting to minimize machine downtime and improve line output;
- Build, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot hydraulicMechanical assemblies using procedures, prints, written instructions, or verbal communication;
- Assembly, repair of parts and assemblies per process documentation, and as per verbal direction provided;
- Assist and train operators on the line to replace or repair defective components, using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment;
- Assemble and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment using hand or power tools;
- Keep tooling room organized and the control of the main spare parts for a corrective and preventive maintenance;
- Manage the Preventive Maintenance plan and keep machine records;
- Observes all company safety policies and regulations when performing work.
Requirements:
- 3 years or more in mechanical experience may be required;
- Ability to complete mechanical, hydraulic rebuilds/repairs as necessary;
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems;
- Experience in bottling lines maintenance is an asset;
- Must be selfmotivated, selfsufficient, and able to switch from one task to another at a moment's notice.

- 8 hour shift;
- Day shift;
- Monday to Friday.
