Medical Receptionist to join their team

All training will be provided - no technical experience necessary


What you will be doing:


  • Calling, booking, and confirming patient appointments
  • Reviewing with patients the steps necessary prior to their appointments
  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate staff
  • Receiving faxed documentation or referrals and sorting properly
  • Distributing confidential correspondence to proper departments
  • Faxing documentation, scanning and filing patient charts
  • Relieving and supporting reception staff as needed

What you will bring:


  • Experience in working in a medical \or clinical environment is an asset
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in customer service/client care role
  • Demonstrated capability to multitask and quickly adapt to changes
  • A keen interest in a career in the health services field
  • Open to the possibility of being challenged and learning new skills
