    The Operational Manager holds an integral leadership position, ensuring operational and clinical quality service delivery, by directly supervising and providing strategic guidance to the Case Management team to effectively manage day to day operations with client families, and providers.

    The Operational Manager also works towards establishing ongoing connections with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and closely collaborates with the Clinical Director to oversee providers' performance.

    The Operational Manager instills a collective sense of purpose and dedication, fostering the continuous growth and development of each team member, leading to the success of the Case Management team and the Company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES (Include, but are not limited to):
    Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure success and growth of the region.

    Clarify goals for team members, equip and motivate them to attain goals, or to continually improve performance and grow professionally.

    Establish regular check-ins to provide consistent feedback.

    Ensure quality of service by measuring overall caseload productivity, by monitoring staffing and utilization, and promotion of productive work habits, and parent / client satisfaction.

    Participate in team meetings and integrate suggestions that are provided for the betterment of the department.
    Oversee the Case Managers' overall interview and hiring process throughout the provider onboarding workflow.
    Advocate for families receiving services by promptly resolving issues compassionately.
    Proactively address and resolve service-related issues or challenges that may arise.

    Provide guidance and support to the Case Manager of the client's team to enable them to provide optimal care to client families.

    Oversee and streamline communication pertaining to client authorizations.

    Ensure a smooth enrollment experience for new client families throughout the intake process and build parents' confidence in their child's clinical team.

    Ensure efficient staffing experience for families.
    Initiate and promote increased communication between Case Managers, families and providers.

    Thoroughly record and document all interactions and correspondence with clients, providers, and employees and ensure that necessary recordkeeping is maintained by the staff.

    Expand access to BK's life-changing ABA services for children with autism by cultivating and strengthening relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and other organizations that refer families for autism care.

    Adhere to all company policies and procedures, uphold ethical and professional standards, client confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and comply with all relevant local, state, and federal laws regarding case management provision.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Experienced manager with proficiency in supervision, documentation, organization and tracking skills
    Decision-making abilities and an aptitude for following directives
    Strong written, oral, interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and concern for others
    Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment where deadlines have to be met.
