Product Manager, Data

Why this job's a big deal:

As a Product Manager of Data, you will take the lead getting Priceline's testing and customer data platform to the next level, helping to shape the strategy of new products or initiatives.

In this role you will get to:

Have product ownership of our internal testing platform, you will need to understand the requirements from our PMs to further improve our platform, and along with the Data engineering team develop it.
Help our product teams to understand their tests and provide guidance in their decision making.
By analyzing tests continuously propose new A/B tests to improve the lifetime cycle.
Lead product development initiatives utilizing user and competitive research.
Along with the cross functional Customer Data Platform team, develop the roadmap of ML and Algorithms that will power many of our APIs for personalization
Define product specifications, establish milestones, and manage design, development and quality assurance activities for a crossfunctional scrum teams of 68 people, and be accountable for delivery of product by these teams.

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus.
2+ years of product management experience.
2+ years AB testing experience
High understanding of Bayesian probability analysis
High SQL proficiency
1+ years experience working with data and advanced analytics with excellent numerical reasoning
Positive Attitude to change
Impact focused work ethic, always striving to make a difference for our customers
Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity (bigpicture perspective, asks "why") and a handson/execution capacity (detailoriented, conscientious)
Demonstrated empathy for and championing of the user.
A selfstarter who is confident and able to move projects forward with little direction,
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills from product specifications, to JIRA tickets, to stakeholder presentations.

Flexible work at Priceline

When we return to the office we will be in a fully flex mode, meaning you decide when to come to the office when it makes sense for you to do so - no minimum number of days in the office.

Until then we are all working from home and will return to our flex mode when it is safe to do so.
