We provide direct service in 13 markets with 175 technicians and leverage relationships with 60+ service companies to provide National Coverage.

Position Summary:In the role of Human Resources Coordinator, the primary responsibility is acting as the first point of contact for the day to day aspects of Human Resources. This includes managing the recruitment and selection process, performance management, human resources administration (benefits, pension, employee files) and supporting the HR Manager on special projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is eager to create new processes and has critical abilities.


Core Responsibilities include:


  • Maintains employee records, such as employee files, benefits, training, etc.
  • Create and maintain organizational charts for numerous business units.
  • Provide basic employee relations support and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and administered in a fair and nondiscriminatory manner
  • Assists the HR Manager and the leadership team with the daytoday aspects of human resources
  • Support company HR initiatives and Programs Recognition Programs, Company Newsletter, Events, Health & Safety
  • Play an active role in assisting all employee activities and support site initiatives to encourage an engaged workforce.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of two years of postsecondary education required, postsecondary degree or diploma in HR or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in HR administration.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using online applicant tracking software
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
