We're looking for hands-on Social Media & Short-Form Video Lead to take ownership of content execution across LinkedIn Instagram paid ads.This role focuses on turning ideas into publishable content testing what works building momentum fast — not over-strategising or over-designing.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Video Content Create short-form videos edit them clean on-brand captioned optimised social + ads Deliver videos batches First 5 videos draft → final Next 5 following week Final 5 week after Social Media Management Prepare posts LinkedIn Instagram Write captions clear direct B2B-appropriate Schedule manage posting provide posting calendar Campaign Performance Input Recommend which videos use ads which platforms test first basic budget allocation by channel Track suggest iterations.
