What you will do:

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in person, over the phone, and through electronic messaging.
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
Demonstrate knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
Coordinate test drives and accompany customers on test drives.
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

For this role, come equipped with:

Minimum 2 years of experience in selling cars, Volkswagen previous sales experience is an asset.
Clean criminal record.
Valid driver's license.
OMVIC certification.
Energetic with big positive attitude to fit the VW culture.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and followups simultaneously.
Customer serviceoriented mindset with a focus on building longterm relationships.
