Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist to join our small animal general practice in Carleton Place Our receptionists are the friendly faces our clients rely on to answer their questions book their appointments and greet them when they come in for care.Responsibilities
- Answering phones booking appointments and answering client inquiries
- Checking clients in for appointments and maintaining flow from check-in to check-out
- Assisting RVTs and DVMs as needed prepping for surgery assisting with treatments etc.
