Collision Centre - Body Shop Receptionist


The Serpa Certified Collision Centre has an immediate requirement for an experienced Full Time Administrator to join our successful Collision Centre, located at the 401 and Kennedy Road in Toronto In this key role, you will be the first point of contact with our clients, either as they enter the Collision Centre or contact us by telephone.

The Serpa Certified Collision Centre has been awarded with various Certifications such as Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, Hyundai, Genesis, Acura, Honda, Kia, Nissan, and many more to come We are also a preferred Insurance facility for all major insurance companies


Responsibilities:


  • Welcoming clients and visitors into the Collision Centre with a friendly and professional demeanour. Assess their needs and answer their inquiries or guide them to the appropriate dealership staff member.
  • Responsible for the Collision Centre's telephone communications. With courtesy and respect, accepts and directs incoming calls, takes detailed messages, and provides callers with helpful information.
  • Various administrative duties as assigned such as coordinating and processing customer payments, closing work orders, following up with clients, monitoring files, updating client. Filing, copying, and scanning documents; receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and courier packages.
  • Maintain the tidiness and organization of the reception area and customer waiting area.

Qualifications:


  • Have a natural ability to engage positively with people in person and on the telephone, always leaving a welcoming and professional first impression of the dealership.
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Two years Reception and/or Customer Service experience is required.
  • Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Proficient skills in standard office software (MS Office Word, Excel).
  • Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience operating a multiline telephone system.
  • Ability to prepare business memos, letters, etc.
