Description

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching
• Determine the type of paint required for the project (or communicating with lead)
• Ensure quality and accuracy of work by inspecting finished surfaces
• Maintain equipment and tools, and clean up job sites
• Communicate with clients, project managers, and other team members as needed

• Proven experience as a painter
• Solid knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
• Physical stamina and strength to work on ladders and lift heavy equipment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Overtime pay

• Kelowna, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
