What you will be doing:
- Develop, plan, implement and monitor activities related to employment and training programs and services. This includes case management, assisted services such as employment consulting, coaching/mentoring, placement, and resource and information services to assist job seekers to obtain employment; and
- Conduct participant recruitment, intake and assessment, career advising, employer recruitment, program and client marketing to employers, training plan development, prescreening, workshop delivery, matching and placement of participants, monitoring of activities, file documentation and statistical collection.
What you will need to be considered:
- Two-year diploma in Human Services or a related field. Business may be considered;
- Minimum 3 years experience in career and employment guidance and counselling, employment workshop delivery, and job placement; and
- Experience in an environment where analysis and assessment of client needs and barriers was required.
