Our Mercedes-Benz Downtown dealership is looking for a Lot Attendant Supervisor to join our amazing team


Job Purpose
The Lot Attendant Supervisor assists in the sales department. S/he oversees the other Lot Attendant staff to ensure their duties are being performed. S/he maintains the cleanliness and organization of the service/sales department and sales lot. S/he is responsible for the safe transportation of all dealership/customer vehicles.


Core Accountabilities

  • Oversees Lot Attendants
  • Ensures all duties are being performed to a satisfactory level
  • Performs inspections of all areas of the Service Department
  • Reports any concerns to Management
  • Organize vehicles in service parking lot
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice
  • Safely transport clients to and from destinations with dealerships shuttle as requested
  • Help prepare vehicles for delivery and pick up/wash vehicles
  • Catalogue and store keys
  • Perform daily inspection of lot for unlocked vehicles and lot security
  • Ensure the lot is arranged, organized and free from litter and debris
  • Maintain walkway accessibility in inclement weather

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Ontario G driver's license
  • Clear Driver's Abstract
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Good judgement
  • Ability to work efficiently in a highpressure environment
  • Must have manual transmission driving experience

Physical and Work Demands

  • Physically demanding position.
  • Stand six to eight hours per day.
  • Exposed to outdoor environment, noise, vibrations, dust, exhaust fumes, and a variety of other hazardous and nonhazardous materials.

  • Walking about the dealership and the lots
  • Using physical and manual dexterity.
  • Using equipment consistent with industry standard
  • Driving a vehicle
