Responsibilities & Duties

Quality painting of products and equipment in accordance to Corp. Guidelines.
Maintain pressures and temperatures on the paint system.
Thin paints as needed.
Check paint viscosity.
Change 55 gallon paint drums as needed.
Run towveyor in a safe efficient manner.
Record labor on work order and time accurately.
Complete quality audit process in accordance with EFCO guidelines.
Operate material handling equipment.
Clean and maintain work area daily.
Perform routine preventative maintenance of all painting related equipment.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision.
Operate and maintain spray paint guns.
Log levels & track usage
Adhere to all company safety and environmental policies, procedures, preferred work methods, and actively participate in safety training and initiatives

Machines, Tools, and equipment used:

Paint guns (air assisted airless)
Paint hoses
Cleaning solvent buckets
Small brushes to clean spray tip
Siphon feed spray gun
Air assisted spray gun
Masking materials
Portable paint pumps
Solvent resistant gloves
Airless spray gun (Form-GARD)
Various wrenches
Electric sander
Sandpaper
Material handling equipment
Face shield/eye goggles

Education & Skill Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.
