    Job Overview

    Alpine is currently looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and resourceful HR Assistant to conduct security clearances checks for new hires and for subcontractors. This administrative role is great for a new grad or for someone looking to start a career in human resources. This role is on site as it requires the setting and distribution of physical key fobs, among other responsibilities.

    What You Will Be Doing:

  • Conducting and processing online applications for security clearances such as CPIC, RCMP, Reliability Clearances, etc.
  • Assisting employees and subcontractors with clearance submission
  • Issuing (or cancelling) key fobs for client sites
  • Conducting internal audits of security clearances
  • Entering data into our HRIS (Dayforce) or other tracking formats
  • Assisting with special projects as required
  • Assisting employees with HR inquiries via phone, email and in person
  • Supporting and participating in external audits with clients
  • Filing employment documentation
