- Completion of job site visits & job demands analyses
- Developing & implementing graduated return to work plans
- Liaising with healthcare team members & case managers
- Implementing ergonomic strategies to facilitate durable RTW
- RTW role can be combined with Community PT caseload
- Minimum 1-year experience conducting Job Site Visits
- Must have experience implementing GTRW plans
- Current member of CPTBC or eligible for registration
- Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with insurance payers is a strong asset
- Experience with WorkSafeBC programs is desirable
