Position Summary


The Client Program Team Lead (ITAD) is responsible for supervising the CPR Team, support customers, oversee IT equipment shipments, and ensure the process runs smoothly.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee, mentor and coach the Client Program Representative team
  • Monitoring & tracking the teams performance
  • Leading weekly team meetings and 1:1 sessions with all representatives
  • Train new team members and assist in ongoing training
  • Handle escalated client situations
  • Monitoring shipments to facilities and troubleshooting logistics issues as needed
  • Supporting internal stakeholders with all questions, feedback, and concerns
- create & maintain reporting for the department

  • Invoicing for completed projects
  • Ensure daily work is in compliance with standards and certifications
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Skill Requirements

  • 5+ years of client service experience
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience with Netsuite is a strong asset
  • Experience with MS Office with a strong focus on Excel
  • Strong written skills and customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organized with great followup
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and requests throughout the day
  • Knowledge of the R2:2013 standard is an asset; alternatively understanding ISO 14001, 9000, and related 3rd party certifications
  • Ability to work well with others in a fastpaced teamfocused environment
  • Problem solving skills, including active listening skills to identify opportunities
