Description

With focus on continuous improvement for all stakeholders, On Side Restoration will be expanding its operational team through the addition of District Operation Managers in both Western and Eastern Canada.

Reporting to the Directors of Operations on a regional basis, the District Managers will oversee and support our branch locations throughout these areas.


The District Manager will work and directly support the Branch Operations Managers to implement operational strategies and initiatives to achieve business targets.

The position ensures On Side's operations meet standards, target our customers' needs, comply with business and provincial policies / procedures, ensure employee satisfaction, grow revenue, and maximize a culture of safety and efficiency.


Focusing on leadership, operational excellence, safety and cost control, the District Manager will be overseeing and coaching Branch Operations Teams to effectively develop On Side's culture.


What you Bring to the Team

  • 5+ years' experience in a leadership role with an emphasis on change management and employee engagement
  • Extensive experience and knowledge working with budgets, internal controls, business planning, and asset management, and Team communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with crossfunctional teams.
  • Degree in Business Management or related field is preferred.
  • Fluently bilingual (French and English)
