It's grow time here at Aurora and we're searching for a motivated student (like you) to plant their roots with us in our
2024 Co-op Placement Program In this placement, you will have the opportunity to work with our engineering and operations team on a series of projects, initiatives, and programs.


You will be based at our
Bradford (River) facility and will have the opportunity to accept a
4, 8 or 12 month paid placement opportunity depending on the needs of your program.

We will invest in your professional development and support you with acquiring the skills needed to enter the workforce upon graduation.

Wage: Starting wage of $ per hour plus + vacation pay:


  • Location: Bradford Ontario (students are responsible for arranging their own travel into the facility)

In this placement, you will

  • Carry out recurring daily, weekly, and quarterly data analysis and reporting
  • Generate ad hoc data summaries, visualisations, and reports
  • Improve and further automate data pipelines and key scripts
  • Coordinate sample logistics for various projects
  • Assist in sample preparation and logistics for sensory science work Other duties as assigned

You're the perfect fit for this placement if you

  • Are currently enrolled as a third or fourth year fulltime undergraduate student in an accredited postsecondary sciences program
  • Have Experience with basic wet lab sample preparation
  • Have Experience with univariate and multivariate statistics
  • Have Experience with statistical analysis software and experience design
  • Are highly organized and detailoriented
  • Are selfmotivated, creative individual able to work well with others
  • Have strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook)
  • Have a minimum average of 70% cumulative GPA
    _(we understand academics are challenging and therefore, we will be considering a combination of experience, passion and education beyond a GPA average when selecting our placement students)_ Will be returning to fulltime studies in the same program following the completion of the work term or require the work term or coplacement to graduate
