SCHEDULE:


  • Mon-Fri (8:00 am 5:00 pm), occasional Saturday as needed.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO


Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Health and Safety, this is a dynamic entry-level Administration role designed to utilize your skill set.


  • Calendar Management.
  • Correspondence as a company representative with vendors and sponsors.
  • Coordination of Community Conference Centre.
  • Various Community Engagement initiatives including, on site promotions, fundraising and videos.
  • Drafting and distribution of internal communications including but not limited to policy and memos as Directed by the Director of Marketing and Health and Safety.
  • Assisting with Employee Engagement initiatives.
  • Assisting with Meeting Minutes and distribution.
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of various community, dealership, employee, fundraising and sales events.
  • Supporting the Sales Team through various projects as requested through the director of Marketing and Health and Safety.
  • Administrative support, investigations and follow up with all Health, Safety and Team Kaizen reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Some off location tasks and errands may be required with this position._

WHAT YOU BRING TO US

  • An administrative assistant background is preferred;
  • Salary will be determined by qualifications and years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently with strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines without sacrificing accuracy and attention to detail
  • A team player with a desire to learn.
