Summary of position:

The applicant will be working directly with the Vice President of Compliance and Sustainability, as the Compliance Analyst (CA).

The CA will assist with ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, industry expectations, sustainability initiatives, as well as any internal best practice guidelines.

You will have the opportunity to work in several areas of compliance, including but not limited to supply chain, product safety, social, and vendor compliance; with sustainability practices embedded in all areas.


Duties include:

  • HS code management
  • Interpreting product safety regulations (Prop 65, FDA, Phthalate regulations)
  • Maintaining compliance database
  • Coordinating compliance testing and auditing with suppliers
  • Ensuring current/new suppliers are meeting internal social compliance standards
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Some data entry
  • Organizing digital files
  • Preparing compliance documents
  • Ad hoc compliance tasks

Experience:


  • University degree preferred
  • 05 years of related working experience
