Job description
Runway Health Newmarket is a patient-focused healthcare clinic offering a variety of services, including physiotherapy, chiropractic care, registered massage therapy, spinal decompression, laser knee decompression, shockwave therapy, and acupuncture/Chinese medicine.
We are currently seeking a physiotherapy assistant who can work independently, demonstrates strong hands-on treatment abilities, and is confident guiding patients through therapeutic exercises.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing hands-on treatment to patients
- Assisting with rehabilitation programs assigned by the physiotherapist
- Setting up patients for spinal decompression therapy
- Preparing patients for knee decompression treatments
- Administering shockwave therapy sessions
- Completing laundry tasks during downtime
Previous experience in a healthcare environment is considered an asset. Full training will be provided.
