    Johnson Electric Automation Process Engineering Specialists
    Johnson Electric company is excited to announce we are now recruiting for Automation Process Engineering Specialists. The Process Engineering Specialist's main responsibilities include new automation equipment related process engineering, development and validation. Installed equipment process continuous improvement and new automation cell process outsourced equipment evaluation, selection and process capability analysis.
    Engineering of new processes for equipment build by Johnson Electric/AGC. Provides engineering support for process related continuous improvement activities related with installed equipment.
    # Works closely with program management, equipment manufacturing group, the design team, administration and other team members and including suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
    # Responsible for process engineering documentation as per Johnson Electric/AGC systems.
    # Parameter sheet and capability analysis
    # Debugging, run-off, and implementation of cell-based manufacturing equipment, in conjunction with customer plant quality and manufacturing engineering
    # Completion of run at rate process performance testing in conjunction with manufacturing operations
    # Identify complex technical issues to determine root cause and implement corrective actions
    # Develop knowledge and skills to be recognized for expertise and functional leadership in application of engineering principles, scientific analysis, continuous improvement and project management
    # Monitor and understand new technologies to improve quality and efficiency
    # Ensuring the adherence to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 9001 all Johnson Electric policies and any other industry standards in all activities
    # A degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, or comparable
    Mandarin/Chinese speaking desired but not required
    Minimum 5 years' experience in the hands-on process development of automated assembly operations (ideally for automotive powertrain applications and /or including high precision components) and associated processes such as press, Vision systems, various NDT, linear measuring systems, fastening (bolt installation), leak testing and other processes as required for new and existing GAA equipment
    Excellent PC based computer skills
    Strong technical knowledge and ability in process engineering disciplines
    Basic understanding of PLC programming, robots (FANUC and ABB)
    Understanding of automotive systems and quality requirements based on IATF 16949/ISO9001operating systems
