En tant qu'associé aux ventes, vous aurez l'occasion de travailler aux côtés d'une équipe de professionnels chevronnés et d'être encadré directement par des professionnels de l'industrie.

Ce que vous allez apprendre

  • Apprenez à mener des activités de développement commercial, à identifier des contacts et des prospects, et à contribuer à la conclusion de transactions.

  • Apprenez à effectuer des recherches en intelligence de marché à l'aide d'une variété d'outils.

  • Diriger des visites sur site de propriétés pour des clients et des prospects.

  • Adopter une attitude très positive envers l'apprentissage de l'entreprise et du marché local.

  • Participer à des événements d'affaires et de l'industrie au niveau local, développer votre réseau et prendre part à des réunions clients.

  • Suivre une formation afin d'apprendre la « méthode Colliers » en matière de conduite des affaires.

  • Maintenir les dossiers de correspondance dans CRM+, notre base de données nationale.

  • Apprendre à exécuter et à soutenir les transactions, y compris les mandats de vente/commission, les baux, les offres et les contrats de vente

Ce que vous apportez

  • 1+ an d'expérience pertinente en vente (par téléphone et en prospection terrain) ; une expérience de stage de qualité est prise en compte.

  • Licence de courtage immobilier requise (ou en cours d'obtention / proche de l'achèvement).

  • Grande motivation, avec un niveau élevé d'énergie et d'initiative dans toutes vos activités.

  • Bon sens du jugement et capacité à gérer des relations d'affaires complexes tout en maintenant un haut niveau de professionnalisme et de maturité.

  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, en gestion du temps, interpersonnelles, quantitatives, rédactionnelles et en communication.

  • Capacité à établir rapidement des relations de confiance et une crédibilité avec des interlocuteurs de tous niveaux.

This position is a real estate broker - Associate role based out of our Montreal Office

About you

If you are a driven, collaborative, hard-working individual and you are passionate about commercial real estate, then this role is for you As an Associate and real estate broker, you will have the opportunity to be mentored directly by a senior industry professional. You will collaborate on daily operations, expanding your knowledge in all aspects of commercial leasing, marketing, and sales – not to mention developing a unique combination of finance and research skills. Opportunities for long-term growth are possible and encouraged. Ultimately, you bring a passion for real estate, strong work ethic, desire to succeed, and demonstrate an ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

In this role, you will…

  • Learn how to conduct business development activities , identifying contacts and leads, and assisting with deals.
  • Learn how to conduct market information research using a variety of tools.
  • Lead on-site tours of properties for clients and prospects.
  • Bring a great attitude toward learning the business and local marketplace. Attend local business and industry events, network, and participate in client meetings.
  • Go through training to learn the "Colliers Way" of doing business.
  • Maintain records of correspondence within CRM+, our national database.
  • Learn how to execute and assist with deal transactions, including listing/commission agreements, leases, offers and sales agreements.

What you'll bring

  • 1+ years of relevant sales experience (both via phone and in-person canvassing), quality internship experience is considered.
  • Real Estate Brokerage license is required (or in process of obtaining/close to completion).
  • Highly motivated, bringing a high level of energy and initiative to everything you do.
  • Sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex business relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism and maturity.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal quantitative, writing and communication skills.
  •  Can build rapport and credibility quickly with people at all levels.

  • Desire to advance to in the commercial real estate industry. Experience in the sector or a related industry is considered a strong asset.

Approximate Salary Range for Role: 100% commission based.
