Description

Basic Purpose:

This position provides guidance on industry standard demand planning practices, reviews assigned forecast portfolio, and ensures the maintenance and the integrity of Demand Plan and the Logility software.

Essential Responsibilities / Specific Duties:

Initiate and develop strong relationships with the cross functional teams
Regular monitoring of how our highvolume accounts are performing
Evaluate and measure forecast accuracy and bias results against objectives/plan; leverage results with the the account leads in order to drive corrective action
Facilitate the Identification and resolution of forecast variances and approve updates.
Participate in the monthly Demand Planning monthly Cycle with the Sales Team / Marketing
Actively participate in our Commercialization process to ensure forecasts are being updated to support new projects
Support inventory management strategies by monitoring global solutions created by Corporate Inventory
Highlight emerging demand trends that require action planning and/or decision making.

Reporting Relationship (List Positions):

This position reports to the Sr. Mgr. Planning Services and has no direct reports.
