    About the Role


    This role involves designing, implementing and supporting complex CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce and Vlocity platform capabilities, including FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures and more.



    Responsibilities:



    • Ensure Accessibility standards are met (AODA)

    • Design of hosting technology solutions based on client specifications, standards policies best practices

    • Planning implementing supporting complex CRM systems Documenting processes technical designs updating build books Configurating integrating Salesforce other applications web services mechanisms Ensure development application solution implemented accordance business requirements Designing developing implementing web applications work modern browsers platforms mobile devices Conducting research assessment options technical design issues Contributing design/development project plans work breakdown resources estimates Ensure unit testing meets expected functionality requirements Support User acceptance testing defect management Ensuring compliance architecture framework system standards Agile Development Methodology Leading-edge technologies design criteria usability security privacy web mobile applications Knowledge transfer documentation prescribed Project Manager Manager Ensuring development application solution implemented accordance business requirements Experience hands-on configuring troubleshooting issues Salesforce implementation integration subsidiary systems Development Production environments Experience configurating integrating Salesforce other applications web services mechanisms Demonstrated experience conducting root cause analysis troubleshoot resolve defects/incidents resolve issues Documenting build books working staff actual implementation document performance measures new environments Experience conducting fit/gap analysis high-level requirements Salesforce Public Sector capabilities Experience conducting diagnostics determining methods incident management Implement AODA compliant solutions
