Oracle Cloud/EBS Project Manager

The R-CUBED Oracle Project Manager will perform a lead role on multiple engagements and project teams in the execution of our organization's Oracle Cloud/EBS initiatives.

Activities include the developing of project artifacts, RACI expectations, project budget & ETC/EAC reporting, change management, and overall project execution to drive successful engagements across all R-CUBED's services.

This role may also play a key role in the development & continuous improvement of R-CUBED methodologies.

The Oracle Project Manager may support sales in assisting with opportunity scope & approach definition, identification of business objectives, demonstrating program execution acumen and developing and presenting detailed project & resource plans.

The successful candidate will be self-sufficient, experienced, and innovative leader with strong experience in technology deployments.


Engagement project management including:

Setting and managing client expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project, and assigning team members to specific tasks.

Assembling and managing these individuals to make a collaborative, innovative and efficient team.

Creating and maintaining an accurate timeline of project completion to ensuring tasks are finished within milestone schedules and project budget while maintaining constant awareness of how the project is progressing.

Communicating and confirming scope at project inception through detailed reviews of the statement of work that initiated the project.

Creating and maintaining a method of capturing, assigning, and managing project issues. Managing project budget and resources.
Authoring and reviewing documentation including design, implementation, test, and support documents.
Communicating with key stakeholders and managing steering committee meetings.

Assisting in the development, maintenance, and implementation of R-CUBED's methodology for all service lines and technologies including developing our standardized methodologies, maintaining corporate libraries of methods and corresponding artifacts.

Supporting process and business change management from pre-sales through project execution to managed services transition.

Contributing to project success stories and case studies and work with sales & marketing to maintain R-CUBED's case study library.

Assisting in implementing a consultant recognition and project highlights program.
Identifying issues and escalating/managing resolution as required.
Coordinating and providing support to the business by focusing on process-first implementation techniques.
At least 5 years of Oracle EBS/Cloud implementation and optimization experience as the engagement's Project Manager.
At least 5 years of experience implementing ERP projects for clients across multiple industries.
Experience in Oracle Cloud and EBS application suites required.

Experience in all aspects of project lifecycle; proficient comprehension of project management methodologies; genuine commitment to project environment and discipline.

Exemplary documentation capability being true to the R-CUBED brand standard.

Strong ability to present critical thinking, options, decision paths & impacts, and resolutions to all project team levels and users.

Experience with Agile and other project management methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in relevant major or experience equivalency.
