We are looking for a

Manager who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and promoting inclusive societies. We provide a range of supports and services for people living with an intellectual disability in southeastern Manitoba.

Eastman Employment Services connects employers to job seekers with diverse abilities.

This full-time management position is responsible for overseeing Employment Facilitators and Job Coaches, who will be directly involved with supported employment and transition into work environments.

Qualifications:

A minimum of two years supervisory/management experience is preferred, with experience and education/training in the Disability sector considered an asset.
Completed Foundations in Disability and Community Support Service course and Supervision in Human Services course or willing to obtain.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to take initiative, problemsolve and work independently.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
Valid Class 5F and access to vehicle required
Experience in Non-Profit is an asset

Additional Information:

***- Hours of Work: 80 Hours Bi-weekly; Due to operational needs, this position is expected to work some weekends, early morning, and evening shifts
