    Description

    Role Overview:

    This role is responsible for supporting all cash and funding related initiatives as well as providing Treasury with support in administration of hedging programs, insurance documentation, and reporting.

    Primary Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end cash management, including forecasting, as well as treasury wire transfers and settlements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments
  • Assist in management of Company's online bank administration, maintenance, and updates of bank records
  • Analyze and recommend various short-term investment alternatives
  • Execute FX trades to ensure adequate funding of all operations
  • Prepare consolidated cash reports and short-term forecasts, including monthly and quarterly reports for management
  • Support FX and commodity hedging initiatives, maintain exposures stemming from all operations, and provide insights into P&L and mark-to-market impact
  • Liaise with Internal and External Audit, Tax, and Operations to provide support in areas of insurance renewals, compliance, and tax
  • Prepare and coordinate documents for Letters of Credit and surety bonds
  • Prepare the quarter end public disclosures on bank covenants, financial instruments
  • Continuously identify opportunities and improve cash forecasting capabilities and business process streamlining to enhance interest earned
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and provide insights to management on treasury activities and impact related to company's strategic objectives
  • Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience :

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Preference will be given to candidates that have or pursuing CTP or CFA designations
  • Be curious and able to exercise professional judgement
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
  • Proactive in organizing and prioritizing workload
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
