Description

Armstrong Paving is looking for qualified heavy equipment operators who are looking for a friendly team environment in which to work.

Skid steer
Miniex
Asphalt paver
Roller various sizes

Your Role as an Operator:

Maintain (grease, wash, keep clean) your dedicated piece of equipment as scheduled or required.
Operate the equipment in a safe and proficient manner.
Follow the instructions provided by the foreman.
Advise the Fleet Manager or Shop Foreman of any repair or maintenance needs.

Skills Required:

Preferably 5 years of experience operating various machines.
Willing to work hours per week and the occasional Saturday if necessary.
Willing and capable of working in all weather conditions.
Knowledge of proper safety protocols.

Experience:

- heavy equipment operator: 2 years (preferred)
- heavy equipment operation: 2 years (preferred)
