The perfect candiate has the following:
- Experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional that excels at multitasking between jobs and projects
- A natural at customer service
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Managing day to day bookkeeping operations for multiple companies, including A/P, A/R, Loan and Bank reconciliations.
- Working with softwares to organize and enter client information
- Onsite work for specific clients.
- Some administration work related to your clients.
- Client interaction and customer service.

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
