Fresenius Kabi Canada is seeking two Regional Sales Managers in Ontario
to join our growing Sales team, selling a broad portfolio of IV Generics, Nutrition and Thrombosis products
The Impact You Will Make:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the efficient performance of all sales activities for Company products in an assigned territory in order to meet, exceed or achieve sales and profitability objectives in both the short and long term.
The Regional Sales Manager provides detailing, support, clinical support and product promotion to designated heath care professionals and/or product affiliated organizations/ business in support of the Canadian operations and initiatives for the entry of Company products into the Canadian markets.
These positions are home based within an assigned territory (Ontario) and require travel throughout the region on a regular basis (up to 60% of time).
Although these positions are home based, occasional travel to the head office and other business related meetings or events are required.
What You'll Bring
- _ Knowledge & Experience._ You possess a Bachelor's degree (Science or Arts or another relevant field). You have some (two years') of sales experience, preferably in hospital pharmaceutical sales, including specialty retail sales).
- _ Communication & Presentation. _You are a skilled leader and able to effectively communicate both written and verbally in collaboration with all level both inside and outside the organization. You have a strong business acumen and are able to manage projects while leading change efforts.
- _ Coaching and mentoring skills._ You are a great motivator and have a proven record of being able to coach and mentor your team to success.
- _ Critical thinking Expert._ Your ability to think outside of the box is unparalleled and you are a great decision maker able to gather all necessary data and information to support the needs of the team and business.
- _ Attitude & Passion_. You are self-motivated, possess initiative, and able to work productively with mínimal supervision. You have proven your ability to adhere to standards and procedures and maintain continuous confidentiality.
- _ Exceptional organizational and time management skills_. You maintain strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and handle fluctuating workloads simultaneously. You have excellent project management and follow up skills and are deadline oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
