Westburne is looking for a National Marketing Specialist who can operate in both English and French confidently in execution, understands B2B distribution, and can translate strategy into disciplined delivery. This role reports to the Marketing Director and is accountable for campaign execution, loyalty program management, and multi channel support across a national network. You support supplier programs, digital performance, content execution and the mechanics required to deliver measurable outcomes. The incumbent can be located in Mississauga or Calgary.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You excel in structured execution. You understand digital channels, B2B marketing

mechanics, and loyalty program operations. You move work forward with accuracy,

consistency and ownership. You can translate strategic direction into actionable tasks, manage stakeholders, support partner programs and ensure campaigns are delivered correctly and on time. You bring strong judgment, problem solving and the ability to operate in a fast paced environment.

  1. Loyalty Program Management

  2. Operate the national loyalty program end to end.

  3. Manage member onboarding, communications, rewards catalogue updates and point redemption workflows.
  4. Monitor program health metrics including activation, engagement, redemption rate and retention.
  5. Develop monthly and quarterly program reporting to highlight performance trends.
  6. Work with suppliers to secure loyalty offers, incentives and promotional tie ins.
  7. Optimize program design through segmentation, targeted communications and campaign testing.
  8. Ensure program accuracy, data cleanliness, fraud prevention checks and audit readiness.

  9. Marketing Operations & Partner Support

  10. Support Westburne TV Strategy & segmentation, deployment prep and reporting.

  11. Create SEO friendly content
  12. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with Sales, Branch Managers, suppliers and marketing partners.
  13. Coordinate with agencies, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  14. Maintain campaign documentation, tracking sheets and performance logs.
  15. Assist National Marketing Manager to optimize campaigns using data signals, audience insights and performance trends.
  16. Support go to market planning for supplier programs, product launches and seasonal initiatives.
  17. Coordinate with performance marketers to ensure alignment across channels.
  18. Manage Westburnes National GMB, Response and Online reputation end to end
  19. Manage and assist in Westburne Inbound Marketing campaign execution including collaboration with SEM, Social, SEO, CRM, Instore and Partnership teams.

What you bring

  • Strong execution capability across digital marketing channels.
  • Experience operating or supporting loyalty programs at scale.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing, distribution dynamics and channel partner programs.
  • Understanding of key performance metrics including conversions, CVR, CTR, ROAS and funnel stages.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, segmentation, basic automation and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, content creation and web optimization.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and maintain cross functional alignment.
