Job Summary:


As a Qi Gong Guide at our digital studio, you will have the opportunity to create a sacred space where our members can follow you in art of Qi Gong.

Your expertise in energy cultivation, breathwork, and mindful movement will be key in guiding individuals toward inner harmony, stress reduction, and improved well-being.

Through your passion and knowledge, you will facilitate an immersive and transformative Qi Gong experience that empowers our guests to embrace balance and vitality in their lives.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct daily Qi Gong sessions, workshops, and classes that cater to guests of various backgrounds and experience levels.
  • Create and maintain a serene and welcoming atmosphere conducive to the practice of Qi Gong and meditation.
  • Demonstrate and guide guests through Qi Gong movements, breathwork, and visualization techniques.
  • Cultivate a safe and nurturing environment for participants to explore and deepen their Qi Gong practice.
  • Provide personalized attention and adjustments to individuals during sessions to enhance their learning and progress.
  • Incorporate traditional Chinese medicine principles and philosophy into Qi Gong teachings, promoting holistic healing.
  • Develop specialized Qi Gong programs for specific guest groups, such as beginners, advanced practitioners, or those seeking stress relief.
  • Offer individual consultations to address guests' specific health concerns and tailor Qi Gong practices accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other wellness professionals to create integrated wellness programs and retreat experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and selfdevelopment to expand your knowledge and stay uptodate with current Qi Gong practices and research.

Qualifications:


  • Certified Qi Gong Instructor with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
  • Profound understanding of Qi Gong principles, energy cultivation, and the mindbody connection.
  • Ability to lead guided meditations and cultivate a tranquil and meditative atmosphere.
  • Empathetic and compassionate nature, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey Qi Gong concepts and principles to guests.
  • Enthusiastic and inspiring presence, fostering motivation and encouragement during sessions.
  • Understanding of Chinese medicine and the ability to integrate its principles into Qi Gong teachings.
  • Additional certifications in related wellness modalities, such as meditation, yoga, or holistic healing, are advantageous.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate retreat schedules.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in [Your Country/Region].
