Overview
We are seeking a Night Bake. This vital role involves preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of baked goods during overnight hours to ensure our customers receive the freshest products each morning. Duties
- bake the item (croissant, bread, muffins, cookies...)
- Operate commercial baking equipment safely and efficiently to produce high-quality products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients and assembling baked items.
- Follow all food handling and safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or culinary environments with a focus on baked goods.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience with food production, preparation, and packaging processes.
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in using various kitchen tools and equipment.
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred; catering or food industry background is a plus.
- Ability to work overnight shifts reliably in a fast-paced environment.
