Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients to expand the company's market presence.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and understanding their evolving advertising needs.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and exceptional client experiences.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Familiarity with digital advertising trends and technologies.
Bachelor's degree/ College Diploma in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
