Job Description:
Our Ottawa Branch is currently recruiting for a Security Service Supervisor that will provide leadership to our field technicians and support staff.
This position is a development opportunity in which you will gain experience in leadership, employee growth & development, defining and implementing process improvement, as well as budget forecasting.
_ Key Job Responsibilities:
_
- Provide leadership, mentorship, coaching/training to technicians, as well as service and support staff.
- Perform site visits to assist and support Technicians.
- Coordinate between customers, contractors, and technicians to drive efficiency and achieve contractual targets.
- Drive productivity through first time fix rate and increase service calls per technician per day.
- Review Market Feedback Analysis. Meet with customers to resolve issues and concerns and increase customer satisfaction.
- Drive employee development plans and training initiatives that help team members to achieve their goals.
- Operational duties include but are not limited to: Timesheet review and approval, work Order & Billing review, Work-InProgress (WIP) reports, approvals: Requisitions, Accounts Payable, IT Requests
- Provide leadership and support in maintaining EH&S policies, documentation, along with conducting audits and training.
- Foster strong working relationships with the local team and the greater business. Work together towards common goals.
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary Education in business or related fields will be an asset.
- Experience within the physical Security industry in an operations capacity.
- Supervisory or Lead experience will be an asset.
- Strong computer & IT systems skills (Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Cloud, databases, ERP, etc.).
- Must have a valid provincial driver's license with a good driving record.
