- Ensuring the reliability and scalability of ML systems, implementing best practices in data engineering and model lifecycle management.

- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python programming.
- Possess proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning models, particularly within the Azure ecosystem.
- Are proficient in using Azure's ML services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Azure Document Intelligence, Azure AI Services, etc) and have a deep understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Demonstrate a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles, with a track record of developing high-quality, maintainable code.
- Are knowledgeable in various ML frameworks and libraries and have experience with data processing and analytics tools.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges in AI/ML development and deployment.
- Possess professional working experience with LLMs and RAG.
- Prior experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex is preferred.

Every week, we process hundreds of thousands of pages of documents, saving our customers hours and hours of manual processing time, and helping them process medical claims much more quickly.
The position is a hybrid model with primarily remote work, while requiring on-site presence at least twice a month in Downtown Toronto.
