Summary
The Omnichannel Fulfillment Associate supports customer satisfaction and order fulfillment across Breathe Outdoors's sales channels. The role is part of the logistics group within Breathe Outdoors and reports directly to the Omnichannel Logistics Manager. Stakeholders for the role include Store Operations, Shipping & Receiving and E-commerce.

The Omnichannel Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ecommerce (web, amazon and other digital channels) order fulfillment at the Edmonton West store and support warehouse with shipping/receiving, inter-store transfers and corporate orders.

In addition, the role includes participating day to day warehouse tasks like assisting inventory counts and keeping the warehouse tidy and organized.


Job Duties

  • Completing the web order fulfillment process, including printing, picking, processing orders and shipping orders.
  • Packaging orders for shipping or customer pickup
  • Communicating with other stores to solve fulfilment issues
  • Notifying Customer Service Specialist about order modifications/cancelations
  • Fulfilling Amazon FBA/FBM shipments and oversee Amazon Returns
  • Assisting with inventory counts and reconciliation
  • Picking interstore transfers and corporate orders.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving.
  • Completing logistics projects and tasks as assigned by manager

Requirements:


  • 2 years' experience with order fulfillment or warehouse work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience with retail Point of Sale Systems (including inventory operations)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Thorough attention to detail, with the ability to follow through on tasks and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and be a selfstarter

Work Conditions

  • Warehouse setting, Monday through Friday, 8.00am 4.30pm,
  • Some flexibility on days and hours of work may be required;
  • Additional days or hours may be required for special events
  • May require lifting up to 50lbs

Salary:
$18.00 per hour
