Our firm operates within the Institutional, Commercial and Industrial construction sector by delivering exceptional construction management, general contracting, design-build services.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- An senior construction site superintendent for ICI new build projects.
- A person that is serious about safety on their projects.

- An individual who will represent our high standards of workmanship and commitment to our valued clients.
- A mentor for their direct reports that constantly learns to improve their own craft.
- An observer that will walk their sites and detect issues ahead of time.
- A communicator and a strategist.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?
- 10 years minimum of site superintendent experience.
- Experience constructing ICI building from the ground up.
- Experience running ICI projects between 5m30m in valuation.
- Previous hands on construction experience.
- Postsecondary degree or diploma in a related engineering or construction management discipline is an asset.
- Experience managing safety documents and organizing toolbox talks.
- The ability to read & interpret, working drawings and shop drawings.
- The ability to perform quantity takeoffs such as concrete volumes.
- Experience arranging for independent testing and inspections of work.
- Proficient computer skills ex: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word.
SALARY RANGE:
$120, ,000.00 per year based on experience.
Wages are paid weekly every Thursday.
