As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role on our Corporate Finance team, where your expertise and dedication will contribute to our growth and excellence.

As an important member of our Finance team, you will:
Manage the intercompany process, ensuring accurate reconciliation and settlement of intercompany balances.

Contribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement) and note disclosure requirements to parent company, adhering to IFRS.

Conduct technical accounting analysis under IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
Be an active member on the Accounting Policy Compliance Committee.
Provide guidance to BU Finance teams on accounting policy compliance and technical accounting matters under IFRS.
Liase with Constellation head office as required.
Liase and coordinate internal, external & government audit requirements.
Participate in special projects as required.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field and CPA designation required.
Minimum of 4+ years' experience working in a Financial Reporting/Accounting role.
Solid understanding of Consolidations and IFRS.
Advanced skills and experience in MS Office Excel
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information/technical accounting matters to diverse audiences.

Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and organizational agility.
Experience with Great Plains accounting software an asset.
