Our BUSY Collision Repair Facility is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team.

As a Body Shop Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our team handing repairs from start to finish.

Assessing vehicle damage, providing accurate repair estimates, providing accurate supplements and ordering the parts for each job. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical background and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Inspect vehicles for damage and determine the extent of repairs needed
Provide accurate and detailed repair estimates to customers
Collaborate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and within budget
Communicate with insurance companies to process claims
Maintain accurate records of repairs, estimates, and customer interactions
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
Stay uptodate on industry trends and advancements in automotive repair techniques

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator is required
Knowledge of ICBC repair procedures
Knowledge of estimating programs
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to accurately assess vehicle damage and provide detailed repair estimates
Proficient in using computer software for estimating repairs and processing claims
Customer serviceoriented mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
