At last, the global position that you have been waiting for Our HR team is currently looking for a rigorous and methodical person to ensure that HR policies and practices comply with internal and international industry standards (ICMM).

More specifically, you will have to:

Coordinate site assurance and audit processes;
Conduct quality control of evaluations;
Be the main point of contact for all questions related to the various standards;
Ensure continuous communication on activities and requirements related to HR compliance such as updating the intranet, etc.;
Establish the most appropriate audit methodologies and processes based on best practices;
Conduct regular audits of human resources processes and practices to ensure compliance with standards (external and internal);
Monitor internal documents;
Participate in other projects as required.

Do you have what it takes?

Postsecondary studies in a relevant field such as Law, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, and/or Regulatory Affairs;
Experience as a compliance auditor;
Knowledge of human resources processes and issues;
Strong ability to communicate with a large number of stakeholders;
You are methodical, rigorous with excellent analytical skills;
Strong sense of ethics and proven ability to manage competing priorities;
Sense of initiative and a high level of autonomy;
Ability to work on projects that can stretch over long periods and require great attention to detail.

Languages:
An advanced level of English (oral and written) is required to communicate effectively with the various stakeholders. Knowledge of French is highly advantageous.

Travel:
You must be prepared to work with colleagues located in other time zones. You may be required to travel on an ad hoc basis (if required).
