Task and duties:

Performs maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installations and testing of plumbing systems and plumbing fixtures.
Performs preventative maintenance on plumbing system.
Modifies piping systems as required.
Completes work orders in a timely manner with accurate documentation of work performed.
Performs all duties in safe and effective manner.
Provides verbal or written reports as required.
Completes other tasks as assigned.
