What You Will Do
- You will provide overall project and program management support, including planning, coordination, integration and administration for the overall program and its activities and deliverables across assigned Innovation and Sustainability Group (ISG)
- Capital Projects.
- You will be responsible for implementation and management of multiyear, multidiscipline capital projects, programs and portfolios from inception, planning, design, procurement and production through safety certification, commissioning, and to project closeout.
- You will be responsible to exercise problem solving abilities and analytical abilities in order to coordinate project activities across various Capital Projects.
- You will be responsible to administer and coordinate the planning, development, and implementation of all related projects for the Department and/or Group.
- You will be responsible to coordinate and manage activities across projects and programs to ensure interdependencies are communicated, managed and to ensure project integration.
- You will also assist in developing targets and criteria to measure and evaluate the effectiveness and success of the project, including the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the project.
- You will identify gaps as it relates to the project requirements and the TTC's ability to deliver on larger objectives and make recommendations on options and impacts while considering budgets, headcount and schedules.
- You will develop and implement project control systems, cost evaluation methodologies and performance evaluation criteria for consultant/contractor selection in accordance with established corporate policies and guidelines.
- You will liaise with stakeholders to review and ensure program/project impacts are seamless protecting the needs of the Innovation and Sustainability Group.
- You will establish relationships and maintain buyin from key stakeholders in the organization to support project deliverables and outcomes.
- You will respond to requests and inquiries from internal and external sources on behalf of the Program Manager.
- You will prepare reports and presentations for both internal and external parties, including Board Reports.
- You will ensure productive collaboration among all staff involved in planning, designing, developing, and implementing Capital projects.
- You will also Identify, monitor and provide oversight on interdependencies across programs/projects, resolving conflicts as necessary.
- You will manage scope and cost of project to ensure it remains within budget and timeframes. Monitor progress to reduce risks and initiate timely corrective action when required.
- You will evaluate and assess the effectiveness and results of various projects, initiatives and programs within the Group.

What Qualifications Do You Bring
- Your educational background will consist of University Degree or College Diploma in a related discipline, along with several years of experience in administration/coordination; or a combination of education, training, and experience deemed to be equivalent.
- Additionally, you must be a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, or have similar certification, or be eligible to achieve certification.
- You must have or rapidly acquire an understanding of quality assurance and Control standards, life cycle management, costing, and knowledge of data collection, validation, analysis and uses.
- You must have superior oral and written communication skills as well as presentation abilities.
