OVERVIEW OF POSITION
ESSENTIAL DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITES

  • Preparation, measurement and recording of ingredients following detailed recipes and instructions
  • Effective storage, management, and safe rotation of all products
  • Cleaning and maintenance of prep room
  • Managing and recording raw material inventory stock
  • Adherence to company, municipal and provincial guidelines as they relate to food safety and safe workplace environments

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in food preperation in food manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work with computer excel/google spreadsheets to record inventory, production data and manage recipies
  • Food Handlers Certificate is a must
  • Ability to begin Prep shifts starting at 7:00 am
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 LBS throughout the shift
  • Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate effectively, respectfully and work well with others in a teambased setting

$22.00-$24.00 per hour
