Description
Oversee the direction for the pre-owned retail operation for the group, developing and implementing business strategies for creating or improving processes and procedures to improve pre-owned retail/financial performance

  • Monitor departmental performance against goals and make changes accordingly
  • Meet regularly with sales managers/GM's/VP's; facilitate resolution of issues within the department
  • Work with corporate team to develop and monitor department KPI's which align with the corporate strategy and meet the overall objectives of the organization
  • Participate in the budgetary process
  • Analyze and report on the daily, monthly and annual KPIs and industry trends
  • Perform other duties as required
